Avera McKennan Network Access Portal

The network and the systems connected thereto contain confidential information and "Protected Health Information" as defined in Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Public Law 104-19, and the regulations pursuant thereto, including 45 CFR Subtitle A, Subchapter C, § 164.501 and others.

Access through this portal is restricted to authorized personnel only, on a need to know basis, and requires specific approval by appropriate management. Access rights and privileges, including passwords, authentication devices, and other access means, are not transferable and may not be shared or distributed to others. Please take care not to allow anyone to have knowledge of your password or possession of your ID token if your access level requires one.
